The wonderfully talented Ange Redfern from Ripe Deli in Richmond Road, Grey Lynn  (she of the world famous in New Zealand fish pie tv dinner) has written a cook book encapsulating all the yummy goodness of her favourite dishes.

Ange’s philosophy is simple:  she believes in offering fresh, quality, healthy food that is good value for money and adding an innovative touch to traditional recipes.  I can personally recommend not only the most excellent aforementioned fish pie, but the home-made slices are to die for....
