October is Breast Cancer Action Month!
We all know someone who has been affected by breast cancer - a family member or a friend. Every little bit helps so my friend Linda and I are organising a Girls Night At The Movies to raise a few dollars towards this great cause. The idea is to bring a friend along, meet some fabulous women and enjoy a great night at the movies.
Date: November 10 2010
Time: 5.45 for drinks and raffle prize draw
Movie starts: 6.15pm
Tickets: $50 includes your movie ticket, a glass of wine or bubbles, popcorn and a $5 raffle ticket. The remainder is donated to the NZ Breast Cancer Foundation.
There are loads of prizes to give away so chances are you won't go away empty handed.
A friend has just read the book and says it's a great read - and the movie, starring Julia Roberts, is getting rave reviews. Sounds like a ripper!
